The Narymskoe razdolye square of the 400^th anniversary was opened after renovation in the settlement of Narym, Parabel area. The landscaping was funded by a regional subsidy provided in 2019 and funds from the initiative budgeting program.

Five municipalities of the region fought for a regional subsidy of 2.8 million rubles – Pervomaiskoye Verkhneket, Asino, Kozhevnikovo and Parabel areas. The interdepartmental commission for implementation of the project "Creating a comfortable urban environment" deemed the settlement of Narym the winner.

The Narymskoe razdolye public garden is situated at the intersection of Sovetskaya, Bolotnaya and Shkolnaya streets, close to cultural heritage sites.

Funded by the subsidy and another 1 million rubles allocated under the initiative budgeting program, the builders erected a stage here, a children's play center, made paths of tiles and paving stones. The public space also has benches and other architectural forms, lighting and fencing. Tree and shrub planting is planned here in spring.

“The square of the 400^th anniversary of Narym appeared in 1995, since then all rural holidays have been held here every year. But the territory was not landscaped and was constantly overgrown with grass. Now we have a covered stage, seats for spectators – everything to turn this place into the main square of the settlement,” said Svetlana Abdrashitova, Head of the Narym rural settlement.
