The State Corporation "Fund for Assistance in Housing and Utilities Reform" has summed up the results of the implementation of regional programs in constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the first half of 2020.

The short-term plan for overhaul in apartment buildings as of July 1 in the Russian Federation as a whole was fulfilled by 13.69%, including that in the Siberian Federal District (16.18%), in the Tomsk region (38.91%). This allowed the Tomsk region to enter the top ten of the best constituent entities of the Russian Federation in this indicator and take the fourth place in terms of the scope of work performed in monetary terms.

The level of collection of contributions for overhaul achieved in the Tomsk region of 94.39% also exceeds the average in Russia (93.80%) and that in the Siberian Federal District (89.48%).

The Tomsk Fund for Capital Repair of Apartment Buildings is also successfully carrying out claims work on arrears in contributions for overhaul. In terms of the volume of claims filed since January and court decisions received on them, the Tomsk region is the leader in the Siberian Federal District and ranks fifth among constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
