The two-day-long agenda of II Convent of Builders and Designers of the Tomsk region that opened today October 24 is dedicated to the implementation of national project “Housing and urban environment”.
The national project designed to last until 2024 unites four major spheres – mortgage, housing, urban environment and resettlement. These and the peculiarities of relevant programs will be discussed at the plenary session by the attending leading experts - Valeriy Telichenko (Moscow) and Nikita Yaveyn (St. Petersburg) academicians of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences, Vitaliy Luts (Moscow), Chief Architect of the Moscow Institute of General Planning, Valentina Starokozheva (Krasnoyarsk), Head of SFD Department of the Ministry of Culture, Adriaan Mout (the Netherlands, Amsterdam), founder of LEVS architecture bureau) and others.
Vladimir Yakushev, Minister of Construction, Housing and Public Utilities, greeted the participants – over 400 heads of construction, design and industrial companies, holdings, architectural bureaus and scientific centers.
“The construction complex of Russia has ambitions tasks – to increase the scope of housing construction, form a comfortable urban environment, and annually improve the living conditions of at least five million families. These objectives are listed in national project “Housing and urban environment”. The project stipulates a lot of work on the issues that are immediately related to designers and construction specialists: we are to create conditions for implementing new technology, transition to digital platform in construction. … I am certain that on this Convent venues you will shape the proposals that will lay the foundation to solving the relevant issues of the industry and the housing complex of the Tomsk region,” the greeting says.
On October 24, there will be a plenary session (from 12:00 until 14:00) where the delegates of the Convent will discuss the new rules of housing construction funding, regional aspects of implementation of national project “Housing and urban environment”, the possibilities for renovation of cities and construction in rural areas, innovative assessment methods of land resources. During the second half (from 16:00 until 18:00), the participants will continue the discussion over expert-led round tables in “Financial resources”, “Land resources and infrastructure” and “Drivers for the demand”.
